T-shirt yarn!

Last night I was watching stefanie japel's video on how to make yarn out of t shirts. I've seen it before but never bothered to try. Last night when Derek got home we cut up a maroon spotted tie dyed shirt I made two summers ago. We watched enchanted and Derek supervised while I cut. I started knitting with the idea to make a cup cozy but its pretty thick one way and too small the other. We planned on there being a pocket for it so we will see what happens ha ha. I wanted it to be done today but I slept till one! We also tried to watch wool 100% last night but there was no sound :'( its suppose to be a creepy movie about two old ladies who find a girl in their house knitting a red sweater. The stills I saw were crazy! There's so much knitting so I'm excited about it. I saw them on cirilla rose's flicker account. Two lame things that make me giddy.1. She uses Susan bates crystal needles like I do :) and the same long yellow size 8 needles I have. I guess that's one. I seriously need to knit more. My lovable Der is off work. Back to my coffee cozy! Good day.
